Who We Are
Being
both Form and Function, Modular frames were developed and patented
with the true art lover in mind. Master Framer and Glazier, Gerald
Haefelin, started out 30 years ago at the Cepia Apprentice School in
Geneva, Switzerland.
Over the years he was trained by some of
Europe's best artisans in that craft. He was awarded the Bronze Medal
at the 33rd International “Show of Invention“ in Geneva,
Switzerland for his frames. Royalty has even recognized his work as
unique and original. The late Crowned Prince Rainier III of Monaco
had some of his artwork framed by Gerald's creations.
Now Gerald has
moved to South Carolina to continue developing and perfecting his art
form. As he meets your needs, each frame is meticulously handcrafted
in the “Old World” Tradition with “New World” Flair in order
to suit your needs for function, design and beauty. Since each frame
is unique and made to order, Gerald will design your frame
specifically to meet your needs. With your input he will choose
materials and colors that will match your decor and the piece being
framed. However, because there are no limits to materials or the form
they can take on, when designing your frame it is extremely difficult
to have a price list or put a set price on frame types. When you come
in or call, Gerald and his staff will help you get started by giving
you a free price quote. We look forward to bringing both our styles
and insights together, to create a unique “Frame From Your
Imagination”.
